Organization Roles

  1. Admin. Full access. Admins can edit and publish content as well as invite new users and manage Private Library settings.

  2. Manager. Can edit and publish content. Cannot manage Private Library users or settings.

  3. SME (Subject Matter Expert). Can edit content but cannot publish. All changes made by an SME will be saved as a Draft.

  4. Customer. Read-Only Access. Customers cannot edit any content or see any of the Admin View. They can use the Assembly tools, read and share content, and download content.
